Lewd King ships using USPS as our shipping service. This service includes a tracking number, and you can expect your purchases within 3-5 business days of the shipping notification. However, due to backups and delays at the USPS outside of our control please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Sometimes this delivery window can be longer. Our team watches for any delayed packages and will respond accordingly.
SHIPPING TIME
During checkout you will have an option of shipping services through USPS. All shipping times listed here are from when your order is shipped, and does not include time from when the order is placed before it is shipped. While we do our best to ship out orders the same week as the order was placed, this is not guaranteed and some orders may take several weeks before shipment. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED / LOST
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the package has left our hands. We also offer shipping with insurance (select at checkout) for an extra $6.50, so please purchase this additional safety measure if concerned.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or give refunds of any kind unless the package was insured. You must then prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the order was lost in transit. Please refer to the section above for assistance.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Lewd King is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during, or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
